Founded by a Parisian banker in 1630, Haut Bailly is located quite close to the city of Bordeaux. In 1998, the Wilmers family bought the estate from the Sanders family. Generous bouquet of candied cherries and herbs.
Slightly unbalanced on the palate with a sugary sensation (due to chaptalization?). Dry tannin.
I would not wait too long to enjoy this wine.
