Use the "forgot password" link in the "MY ACCOUNT" box at the top of any Page. Follow the preceding link and enter your Email address in the "Password recovery" form provided. Then click on the "Send" button. Your password will be Emailed to the address you gave us when you subscribed.
How do I change my Personal Profile?
After registration, use the "Edit My Profile" link in the "MY ACCOUNT" box at the top of any Page. Update your profile from the “OPEN A STATWINE ACCOUNT” form provided. Then click on the “Update” button.
How do I change my Email address?
You can manage your Account and change your Email address by going to your Personal Profile form.
I know I'm using the right login information, but I still can't get in.

I have not been receiving the Email alerting me that my subscription is maturing. What is the problem?
You should have received confirmation by Email at the Email address you gave us when you subscribed. First, check if this Email address is still valid. It is possible that our Email notifications are being blocked by your personal Email settings or by your Email service provider through an Email filter. Please try adjusting the security settings on your PC and/or please contact your Email service provider to have them modify their security settings so that you can continue to receive the Email notification. If you continue to experiment problems after adjusting your security settings, there may have been a problem setting up your account. Please contact us, and we'll verify that you're entered in our records correctly.
I can't find a wine on the “Profile Châteaux” Page.
Wine nomenclature is a complex topic. Your problem may be as simple as spelling. Please note that Châteaux that do not have their own Profile on StatWine will not come out on the search engine.
What are the system requirements for this site?
Not many, but reasonably recent Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox or Opera browsers are necessary. Our Pages are designed for a monitor set to a resolution of at least 800x600 pixels.
